Dylan has been working with Omni Capital for 15 years. He moved up the ranks at Omni, starting as a warehouse tech as a teenager, working throughout college, and continuing as a full-time employee once graduating. He has superb knowledge of the entire lease return procedure; from testing, auditing, processing to selling the equipment in a commercially reasonable manner on the secondary market.
Dylan is proud to be a major contributor to writing the ISO Standards for Omni Capital, having a positive impact on Omni Capital employees, customers, and especially day-to-day procedures.
Through his experience, he has worked with over 2000 manufacturers and knows his equipment. He has expanded Omni Capital's buyer's network tenfold. Dylan is happy to provide his leasing partners with FMVs at no charge.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. They love exploring the great outdoors, playing/watching sports, taking road trips, raising the family cat, and gaming together. He and his wife have a passion for architecture/interior design and have been remodeling their home over the last 5 years.
After receiving the voluntary repossession request from you, Michele reaches out to your lessee directly to coordinate the shipping at a highly discounted rate and handles all the fine details from start to finish. Your lessee’s situation can be sensitive. Things can get complicated with the building location, equipment shape, size, de-installation, etc. Michele finds a way to iron out all the kinks taking all that hassle off your shoulders. The harder the challenge, the more she likes it. Michele has been with Omni Capital for 10 years, and she can anticipate problems before they even happen.
When Michele is not at Omni Capital, you can find her passing the time with her husband, hiking, walking their black lab, or spending time with their 2-year-old grandson. She has three grown children and one daughter-in-law.
Austin has been working at Omni Capital for over 5 years. He started as a warehouse technician and was quickly promoted to Warehouse Manager and on to Account Manager. He learned equipment from the ground floor up. Austin is an absolute wiz with Apple products and can be described as being patient and productive when working with our lessors. He works very closely with our warehouse to ensure all incoming equipment is handled with “white glove service!” He is proud to be involved with the Omni team that implemented the ISO Standards for Omni Capital.
On a personal level, Austin is engaged and the father of a 3-year-old daughter. They were able to purchase their first home together in early 2020, and when he’s not working, he enjoys working on their yard, spending family time at the gym, and even doing a little late-night gaming. In addition to family and work, Austin is in his second year at UW Stout working toward an Information Communication Technology Degree.
Tyler has been working for Omni Capital for three and a half years. Tyler started working in the Omni warehouse before being promoted to Account Manager. He continues to work very closely with the warehouse even today. He has a complete understanding of the remarketing cycle; a process commencing when we receive the equipment. Once tested he sends a timely audit report, sells the equipment, and follows through with quick payment to the leasing company.
His focus is on networking equipment, trucks, fitness equipment, and difficult-to-sell or one-of-a-kind equipment. His experience has given him the ability to provide FMVs quickly. Tyler guides his customers' lessees on shipping and provides a seamless transition from getting the equipment from their location to our warehouse. He goes the extra mile and has received praise from our leasing partners. Tyler has made a commitment to integrity in all aspects of the business relationship and provides top-notch quality to all he works with.
In addition to being in his second year at UW Stout, working toward his Information and Communication Technology degree, Tyler just purchased his first home in January. When he’s not at work or studying, Tyler is doing some remodeling on his condo; or enjoying time with his family and his girlfriend.
